NOTE: Ordering multiple items decreases your overall cost. For each additional item, it is $1 in shipping. This is the perfect wax for antiquing and adding highlighting to your paint. It is a great way to add a whitewash, or highlights to driftwood. It gives a buttery-soft sheen, but as it cures, it develops a hard finish. Let it dry for 24 hours, come back, and buff to give the piece a soft sheen. Then just dust with a feather duster or a Swiffer. TIP: Before using any colored wax, apply a coat of clear wax first. It makes the colored waxes much more manageable. If you don't, the paint will suck up the colored wax and you will not be able to move it easily. TIP: Clear wax acts as an eraser if you put too much colored wax on. While the colored wax is wet, use your brush with clear wax to remove the excess. A rag helps, too. TIP: One 13.5 oz container will do a number pieces of furniture. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Allow DIY Paint to dry completely before applying wax. (15 minutes to a few hours.) 2. Use wax brush or lint free cloth to evenly apply a thin layer of wax. (Surface may appear uneven or translucent) 3. Allow to dry overnight. (Surface will even out) 4. After wax has dried, buff to a beautiful hard sheen with a soft cloth. 5. Finished surfaces should be kept free of moisture and extreme use for a week or more, to fully cure or harden. DO NOT FREEZE! 5 INGREDIENTS + LOVE INGREDIENTS: love, beeswax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, ceresin wax, Isopar
