Returns & exchanges

Many items are handmade, vintage, custom, or artistic in nature, so sales are final unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives damaged, contact Wendy within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and damage.

Custom orders, opened paint or liquid products, digital downloads, workshop fees, clearance items, and used art supplies are generally non-returnable.

Handmade, paint & creative products

Colours can vary with screen settings and lighting. Handmade and vintage items naturally contain variation, texture, patina, brushstrokes, and age-related character. Follow manufacturer instructions, use products safely, test before large projects, provide ventilation where appropriate, and supervise children around art materials.

Workshops, copyright & shipping

Workshop purchases reserve a seat and materials. Fees are generally non-refundable, and no-shows are non-refundable. Wendy’s photos, product descriptions, artwork, educational materials, and social content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Shipping timelines are estimates. Carrier, weather, holiday, customs, and address issues can affect delivery.
